“I attended college at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where I graduated with honors. I then attended Law School at the University of South Carolina, here in my home state. I am admitted to practice law in both South Carolina and Georgia. Almost from the beginning, my law practice has been focused exclusively on injury cases, such as automobile accidents, workers’ compensation and other types of personal injury claims. I think it is important for a client to know that we only do injury-related work. Therefore, when you hire Best & Flatt, you’re not getting a lawyer that dabbles in other areas of the law.”

Mr. Flatt has been handling automobile accidents, personal injury and workers’ compensation cases on behalf of plaintiffs since beginning practice in 1987. He is widely respected in the field of personal injury law, having delivered lectures on the subject to such groups as law students and nursing society members, and has published a number of articles in the field. If you are looking for the right personal injury attorney, Mr. Flatt is ready and able to assist you with your case.
