Are all products handmade?

Yes, every piece is carefully handcrafted by skilled artists & artisans. Each item is made with love & care with attention to details

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. You can reach out to us with your requirements,
and our team will work closely with you to create a custom piece.

So How long does it take to make my order?

Some items are made to order and typically may take 5-14 business days to craft. Custom designs may take longer depending on the complexity. The estimated timeline will be shared with you at checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping on all orders. You can choose this option at checkout and add a personalized message if you’d like. We charge a nominal amount for it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship pan india. We’ll ensure your order reaches you safely.

How long is delivery?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently working on it. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Since our products are handmade to order, cancellations after this window may not be possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible with the correct details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other secure payment methods
available at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for an additional charge of ₹99.

When will my order be charged?

Your payment will be processed securely at the time of purchase.

How should I care for my handmade item?

Each product is unique, but we recommend keeping your item away from water, perfumes and harsh chemicals.
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its beauty.

Are natural variations normal?

Yes, slight variations in color, texture and finish are natural and reflect the handmade nature of our products.
These unique details make your piece one-of-a-kind.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Since our items are handmade and many are custom-made, we accept returns only for damaged or
defective items within 2 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with Valid unboxing video & photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
